How do we estimate occupancy and share of voice? Read our method
A few honest answers
When does my first full report arrive? As soon as you join, collection starts (your neighbours' calendars, the AI panel). Your first full report arrives after a complete observation cycle, i.e. 30 days. In the meantime you get an immediate benchmark of your listing.
What if I manage several listings? Each plan covers one listing. You add an extra listing for £6.99 a month on Essentiel or £11.99 on Max, up to 9. From 10 listings, Watch Parc is better value: volume pricing and a white-label report you pass on to your owners.
When does it start? Targeting a launch in summer 2026.
Do I need to have bought the paid audit first? No. You can join Watch without having bought an audit. The two products work separately.
